About The Event
DFR Society members are cordially invited to join us at Norchard station on Saturday 23rd October to celebrate 50 years of the Dean Forest Railway. Each attendee will receive a free hot pork roll, and there will of course be a bar with a selection of beer, cider, wine and soft drinks on offer; first drink is free!. You will also be able to pick up a copy of the 'Five Decades in the Forest', the definitive celebration of the last 50 years which will have just been released on sale that day.
We will be starting to gather at 5.00pm, ready for food at 6.00pm.
